Biography:

Killed in Acton 10-6-18 at Morlancourt at early morning on June 10th 1918. Helm was with the Machine Gun Section when he was killed by a shell. We were advancing and held the ground. We buried him about 3 yards from the parapet gained outside our lines. He lived next door to me in Perth, Australia and I have written to his Mother.
